Description
PMA’s BCo-1, AMS 4783, brazing rod is a multi-purpose product that can be used as a dental alloy or for joining high cobalt materials on cobalt jet engine parts.
Rod mixture includes nickel, chromium, silicon, tungsten and cobalt. BCo-1 rods are manufactured in 3/64” diameter in either 6” or 18” inch length.
Applications:
Jet engine hot sections, honeycomb, brazing cobalt-based brazements, braze repair
Solidus 1900°
Liquidus 2090°
Braze range 2100-2250°
