Composite rod with sharp grit tungsten carbide

DC 40-100 Grade Composite Rod is a tungsten carbide rod with a nickel, chromium and boron matrix. The coarse, angular carbide chunks provide multiple cutting edges for drilling, cutting, and fishing tools making it ideal for oil drilling and exploration, mining and geothermal industries.

Cutting Grade: large, sharp carbide particles for use on stabilizers, fishing tools, drill bits
Wear Grade: smaller mesh fractions of carbide for protection against earth abrasion

Recommended Uses:
Rotary shoes, fishing tools, stabilizers, mining, geothermal and tunnel applications

PMA Composite Rods can be applied by oxyacetylene or TIG processes.
