Diamond Carbide – DC 50
Blended carbide composite hardfacing rod
The PMA DC 50 Grade hardfacing rod is a special blend of macro-crystalline tungsten carbide sintered (SWC) with nickel, chromium and boron alloy powder.
Recommended Uses:
Drill bits, mining tools, stabilizers, stainless type augers, and any application that requires resistance to extreme metal wear and moderate impact resistance

- Excellent corrosion resistance
- Great impact resistance
- Excellent high temperature oxidation resistance
Rockwell Hardness 48-52
Melting Temperature 1950°
