Description
Ranomatic BX-2 is a versatile hardfacing alloy; it has an excellent combination of abrasion resistance and impact resistance properties. The weld metal has high toughness and less stress relief check cracks. Often used as both a buildup and hardfacing alloy.
Recommended Uses:
A fully self-shielding flux-cored wire for rebuilding and hardfacing carbon steel and manganese parts. Fast freezing of the weld metal allows rebuilding of sloped and vertical surfaces such as crusher mantles and liners and dredge pump shells without special positioning. Also excellent for rebuilding tractor grousers, cone crusher bowls & mantles, hammer mill hammers and roll crushers.
